This was a pretty easy sandwich to make but it was a bit messy with the baguette. I really loved the honey mustard with the bacon and apple flavors. The crunchy bacon and crunchy apple was a great pairing.

Bacon or Bust: #6 Bacon Apple Sandwich
So onward with the 50 Things To Make With Bacon from the Food Network Magazine insert. I've been a bit behind because of work and being vacation for a week so I have a bit of catching up to do with the bacon recipes.
#6. Bacon-Apple Sandwiches Spread a split baguette with honey mustard. Fill with cooked bacon, sliced brie and apple, and lettuce; add salt and pepper. Slice.

What kind of bacon have you been using? Any recommendations?
